62928985.1 POWER OF ATTORNEY Know all by these presents that the undersigned hereby constitutes and appoints each of Mark Rosenblum and Annie Yan, or either of them signing individually, and with full power of substitution, the undersigned's true and lawful attorney-in-fact and in the undersigned's name, place and stead, in the undersigned’s capacity as an officer, director or stockholder of Salarius Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
